Mental health is real health, and isolation takes a toll. 
While we must stay at home, socially distance, and self-isolate to stop the spread of the virus, we must also engage in self-care.  The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and the CDC have resources specific to the mental health challenges of Covid-19.
